Raised in Sunbury, Ohio, Josh Morgan is a second generation home builder. All six of his brothers were taught a trade by their father, the late Frank Morgan. From foundation to rooftop, the Morgan brothers are the first workmen on and the last workmen off Josh’s job sites.
Josh operated a successful carpentry business for twelve years. Applying his skills, he renovated existing homes, built pool houses, screened porches, barns and decks, and built room additions.
Since then, Josh has been building totally custom “urban infill” and “country spot build” single family residences in Franklin, Delaware, Licking, and Morrow counties.
Jessica Morgan, Fiscal Officer, Josh Morgan Construction, LLC,
Josh’s wife, Jessica performs the financial functions of Josh Morgan Construction, LLC, and registers the warranties upon completion of the new homes.
Josh and Jessica have two small sons, and make their home in Marengo, just north of Delaware, Ohio.
