With only twenty six home sites, The Enclave at Abbey Knoll maintains a distinct identity. As a totally custom built community, each home will be unique. And yet, the Enclave is integrated into the larger community with connectivity by pedestrian and bike path as well as by sidewalks, car and school bus.

Most of the lots offer 90’ frontage and many offer gentle slopes for walk out lower levels, and a number have views of the pond and fountain. Some back to trees and then the bike path. Others to existing homes.

While every home will be unique, certain exterior elements will bind them together as a cohesive whole. The community entrance marker, fencing, and mail box detail are among those elements.
