Is this TOTALLY CUSTOM – ie I can have a house built to MY design directives, with MY unique EVERYTHING?

Absolutely. Your home. Your way. Each home will be unique unto itself. Your plans are designed specific to your wants and needs by a professional architect. If you already have a plan you like or own, let’s see it straight away…it could save you some up front planning costs. If you happen to like a plan we already own, then by all means save your time and money by only “tweaking” it to reflect all your own preferences! For all other instances, each is custom designed from scratch.

It all begins with one highly productive interview with you. We engage our space designer to incorporate all your ideas into a “concept drawing”. From there, we make revisions, and then on to the architect for custom drawings for your one of a kind home!

May I reserve a home site now?

Yes!. We are presenting the home sites to consumers beginning on December 1st 2020.

Will a model be built soon?

Indeed. Our model will begin construction in November 2020 and be completed six months from the dig (spring 2021). To locate our community via your navigation GPS – please use 7085 South Old State Road, Lewis Center, Ohio.

Can you tell me how long does it take to build?

Yes, we are expert at project management, and the home will be completed within six months from the “dig.” Planning and permitting take three months or so in advance of the dig.

What will be the price range of houses in the Enclave at Abbey Knoll?

You may expect to see homes in the mid $500’s up to mid $800’s depending on complexity of the plan, square footage above grade, finishes selected, and home site characteristics and location.

Will you show detailed loan comparisons for my construction to permanent home loan?

Yes, analytics are us! With over 40 years of experience in comparing loan products, your comparison will be plotted “apples to apples” on a spreadsheet summary for your consideration long before any loan decisions need to be made!

Will you consider home sale contingencies?

Certainly, on a case by case basis. With forty years of ethical real estate sales, Angie will help you dove tail the sale of your current residence to your new custom built home seamlessly!
